【东盟专线】广西加快中国—东盟产业合作区建设
中新社南宁5月17日电 (张广权 李雪莹)广西壮族自治区官方17日在新闻发布会上介绍，当前，广西正加快中国—东盟产业合作区建设。2024年1至4月，中国—东盟产业合作区完成规上工业总产值3398亿元(人民币，下同)、同比增长11%；广西招商引资项目投资完成额980亿元，其中中国—东盟产业合作区占比60%。
广西壮族自治区产业园区改革发展办公室副主任、广西壮族自治区投资促进局副局长覃元臻介绍，当前，广西正以中国—东盟产业合作区为重点，打造一流承接产业转移平台；出台《中国—东盟合作区总体发展规划》《广西产业园区建设三年行动方案》、广西产业园区发展规划等规划和方案，高水平高标准规划园区空间布局和产业布局。
与此同时，广西积极推动央企参与园区建设。目前，广西各市与15家央企已签署18项合作协议，总投资1397亿元。通过合作共建产业园区、设立中国—东盟产业合作区建设基金等形式，吸引各类资本参与到合作区的基础设施及产业项目投资。
广西还制定实施《广西产业园区招商引资三年行动计划(2024—2026年)》，围绕重点产业园区的重点产业链发展，加大承接产业转移力度，结合广西园区发展定位，因地制宜，依托自身优势，招引一批龙头企业入桂发展，打造具有广西特色优势的制造业产业集群。
覃元臻表示，下一步，广西将以沿边临港产业园区建设为核心，以中国—东盟产业合作区建设为重点，加强其他7片区产业园区协同发展，全面推进广西产业园区高质量发展，在加快推进“一区两地”建设的同时，推动承接产业转移更加有序高效。(完)
